A Professional Home Inspection

At SurePoint Inspection, my goal is to provide you with the knowledge you need to make the best decisions regarding your home. I am not a building code enforcer, but a building safety and function expert. I want you to have a safe home and a home that’s supposed to function like it was designed to.

Please consider SurePoint Inspection as your home inspection company to walk along side you as you purchase your new home, obtain a pre-listing inspection, or would like an overall opinion on the condition of the home that you plan on residing in for years to come.

What You Get

I generate a detailed inspection report that covers everything listed in the Illinois Standard of Practice plus more. The report outlines areas of the home that have safety issues or areas that need attention in the form of repairs. I will also list concerns that I believe owners need to keep an eye on due to a system reaching it’s “end-of-life”. The report will also include color photos and drawings to give a visual of where the problem areas are.

Pricing

Home inspections start at $425 an inspection. To get an estimate of what your inspection will cost, enter the home’s square footage below. Include the basement square footage as well. Consideration is also given to the age of the home when determining the final price.

Please round to the nearest 100 when using the estimator. If the square footage is 1051 square feet, put 1100. If the square footage is 1049 square feet, put 1000. The up/down arrows also change the square footage by 100 increments.
